Apply for a new Kenyan passport if you are a Kenyan citizen who has never held a Kenyan passport before, or whose previous passport expired more than 5 years ago.

Renew an existing Kenyan passport that is about to expire (within 6 months) or has recently expired.

• Timeline: 3-6 weeks

Replace a Kenyan passport that has been lost, stolen, or damaged. Requires police report.

• Timeline: 6-10 weeks

Obtain an emergency travel document if you need to travel urgently and do not have a valid passport.

Apply for a new Kenyan National ID card or renew an existing one through the embassy.
