About this service
Apply for a new Kenyan passport if you are a Kenyan citizen who has never held a Kenyan passport before, or whose previous passport expired more than 5 years ago.

['Valid Kenyan National ID (original + copy)', 'Birth certificate', 'Recent passport-size photos (4, white background)', 'Proof of Korean residence (ARC card copy)', 'Completed passport application form', 'Proof of payment of embassy fees']
What happens after you submit
- Your request enters our queue and is assigned to a KCK officer.
- The officer reviews your documents and may contact you if anything is missing.
- Once verified, we forward your request to the Embassy of Kenya in Seoul.
- You can track status updates in your dashboard anytime.
- We will notify you when the document is ready for collection.
