About this service
Obtain an emergency travel document if you need to travel urgently and do not have a valid passport.

['Proof of emergency (medical, bereavement, etc.)', 'Kenyan National ID or any proof of Kenyan citizenship', 'Passport-size photos (2)', 'Travel itinerary', 'Statement explaining the emergency']
What happens after you submit
- Your request enters our queue and is assigned to a KCK officer.
- The officer reviews your documents and may contact you if anything is missing.
- Once verified, we forward your request to the Embassy of Kenya in Seoul.
- You can track status updates in your dashboard anytime.
- We will notify you when the document is ready for collection.
