How it works
Four simple steps from signup to active membership.

Sign in & apply
One click to create your application. We generate a unique reference code for you.

Transfer the fee
Send the annual fee to the KCK bank account — include your reference code in the transfer description.
3
Declare payment
Come back and click "I've paid". Upload your receipt so the treasurer can match it.
4
Get your member number
The treasurer verifies against the bank statement. You're issued a member number & valid for 12 months.
Anti-fraud note: Benefits activate only after the treasurer confirms the payment against the KCK bank statement.
Every action is audit-logged. Membership auto-expires after 12 months — renew to continue.
